Idk why this location doesn't care about quality honestly. The rice is hard all the time. Also someone should really teach them how to make tomato salsa, too, they literally just dice tomatoes and put em in a cup.

I come here a lot and it's usually really good, but last night I got a bowl full or crunchy uncooked rice. Honestly I thought knowing when rice is done was common sense or easy to learn, I was wrong.

Best Chipotle in Birmingham, in my opinion. Great staff, very fast.

This particular restaurant doesn't like to give you any food! I have ask for more rice, beans. The other restaurants are better with portions!

First time eating at chipotle, it will be my last time. Food was very very nasty. Rice under cooked and the steak was over cooked beans was cold. The service was as bad as the food. The employees was on the phone and the place looked liked a pig pin. I will never eat there again.

I ordered online and paid for the steak on one of my bowls. When I got there everything in my order was correct but the bowl with steak. They was out of steak which is okay, it happens. But the fact is that they give me chicken instead and didn’t even notified me they was out of it. This made me upset bc I do order here a good bit and never have a problem out of them. When I walk back in there to tell them what happened they didn’t even let me get a word out before saying that they were out of steak so they give me chicken. Why couldn’t the man ask me if I would like something else other then chicken. My sister don’t eat their chicken. I’m upset and mad because I paid like 8 dollars for the steak bowl but instead got the chicken bowl which is a dollar less. I’m giving them a one star because they didn’t care enough to ask if I even wanted the chicken.

Nice food and prices. Great for to-go meals. They also have a limited seating option where you can enjoy your meal in-store. I took out one star because of the attitude of the staff. I've been there 3 times, and if its your first time, they won't help you with anything. They expect you to already know each menu item, its details, and combos etc.

Tastier food than Moe's with just the right amount of spiciness. This was my 3rd visit around lunchtime. Every time i come, the line is long so if you only have an hour for lunch, consider something faster or come earlier around 10:30-11:00 or later after 2:00pm. Very rarely do i find a clean table around this time and i always have to clean it myself (the reason for 4 stars).

I place order online to go order. got home I was ready to eat I find out the rice wasn’t properly cooked. Manager needs to put more attention to employee. One of the bowls didn’t had lettuce inside. I was really upset about the service.

I liked the food and the atmosphere. It was a little busy so we had to wait a while but the food was good.

I visit this place a lot since I work in the area. I have to say their service is always good and they keep the spot neat consistently. Pricing is convenient and they serve generous portions.

All the tables was dirty and peoples working inside has no idea, rude dirty bad and cold food. NO Napkins

Great! As great as most Chipotle restaurants are because it was fast, clean and had generous portion sizes for the price.

Our food never came she said she deliver it to our door and left it on our table but we were home and we checked with sum neighbors, just not the one with a dog on their porch. Our house is numbered and we order food all the time and never have problem. Could not get and one to answer the phone..

Mexican Food it was okay. The dnning area is two small. To close to people placing order. I gave it a 4 it should be 3

This location has consistently let me down. It has been a horrible experience with their quality of food and service every time I’ve been. They shorted me on my order and refused compensation. They didn’t fulfill my order as I was charged for. I will not be returning to this location.

I came in with a group of 5 and we were all happy with our meals. The best way to keep your order moving is to listen to the questions that the person ahead of you is asked. Type of food (burrito, tacos, bowl, etc...) to go or not, rice, beans, protein, and toppings. Guacamole and queso are an up charge. Don't be a jerk, use common sense, and keep moving. I have faith in you.

I love this location. The staff is extremely friendly, especially the short girl with black hair and glasses. The food is amazing. Best fast food place. Periodt.

First time going to this location. Ordered the bowl and it was great! Just the right balance is spicy however I got chips with a side of guacamole and I was highly disappointed in the chips. They tasted very stale, was hard and made me think of 3 days old! Guess that’s why everyone kept saying no chips in front of me. Service and the staff was all very kind and fast!

The food was really good but the restaurant was really dirty. It hasn’t been swept in a while or so it appeared. Steady flow of customers when we visited on a Sunday after Christmas. The bathrooms were equally disgusting. The food was hot, fresh, and workers were pleasant just perhaps add an employees just to clean.

These people are horrible. All they do is give you attitude and mess up your food. This place is close to my house but I rather travel 20 minutes to a different location than to deal with them. Customer service skills are NOT needed to work here. If I could give zero stars I would.

This time my food was very bland. You could not taste the cilantro in the rice and the meat was not seasoned as it normally is. Im hoping my next experience will be better.

I love the food at Chipotle but they continue to disappoint overall and not just this particular location. First they have the bacteria issue, then there is a security issue, and now it's in the news saying their bowls are made of some type of chemical that cant be broken down in the body and is linked to cancer!!! Come on! I hope they fix this soon because like I said, I really enjoy their food. I just hope I haven't eaten too much of it to be affected.

Great food and service! And depending on what location you go to, they do offer a significant military discount.

i made an order while in panama city however my location was set to my home location that is my fault yet i had already paid for everything so i called to report the problem in hopes of getting a refund because i paid for my food that i couldn’t pick up because i wasn’t even in the same state i called for an hour straight never picked up. Didn’t even call me to ask if i was going to pick up. Manager needs to learn how to pick up the phone.

1st time there after all these yrs. Wife & I had chicken carne bowl. DELICIOUS!

The food was very good, and fit well into a keto diet. Service was fast and the place was clean.They take steps to avoid gluten for those sensitive, but there are some holes in their process. Replacing a spoon in a dish that has touched glutenous food then was placed back in the dish does not remove the gluten that has already been introduced. Using a new spoon is a start, but the contaminated food in the dish must also be replaced. (They did open a new container of cheese and lettuce.)

Never can go wrong with chipotle. Food is good, line move fast during lunch hour. Keep up the good work.

Our family loves Chipotle. Their food is always fresh, they have great ingredients, and everything is so tasty and delicious. The staff is always friendly and helpful at this location. We usually use the app to order our food so we don’t have to wait in line, but the few times we have decided to order at the restaurant, the line has moved pretty quickly.

Staff clearly doesn't care about the food. I had a chicken burrito. Rice is dry, way to many beans, queso was nasty and chunky, salsa was terrible(tasted like it had cleaner in it), every single chip was stale. Politely asked for a good amount of cilantro on the burrito and the server rolled his eyes, grabbed a pinch and threw it on. I'm done with Chipotle. There's better options. IDK what happened to them, but they've gone down the toilet. This is clearly a problem with the management at this location.

I’m being a little generous on my rating in this restaurant. The people were dry and food was good, but there was a problem. Five of us got salads or bowls- no issues whatsoever. The three children all ordered quesadillas. Our order was To Go. They didn’t put the quesadillas in the containers. I’m not sure they even made them until we returned and asked for them. They solved it, but it probably was not worth the return trip.

I placed a mobile order through the app, but then when I arrive and said I’m there for a mobile order pickup one of the employees decided to lie and said that they didn’t receive any mobile orders. They also never offered to give me a refund when I asked.

It was good, but I honestly prefer Moe's to Chipotle. Moe's queso is better and they have the salsa bar for your convenience. However, this establishment was clean and service was quick and efficient. Staff was friendly and food was fresh. I ordered a bowl with chicken, the lime cilantro rice(which was delicious), pintos, cheese, Pico, guacamole, lettuce, and sour cream.
